Now that you’ve found the perfect home, it’s time for me to prepare your written Contract of Purchase and Sale. I will then present and negotiate your offer to purchase.

Closing on a house is the most rewarding part of the home buying experience. With my help, you will walk into your closing day with all your questions answered, negotiations settled and ready to move into your dream home!
Completion means that everything has been finalised. On this day the title of the property changes hands between buyer and seller.
The Seller receives money from the Buyer, and, in exchange, the Buyer obtains legal title to the property.
Congratulations!
The big day has arrived, you will receive the keys to the property and can officially move in. Often the possession is the day following completion, strictly to allow time to ensure the transaction closes.
